An etoys image is what I use for my day-to-day development in
Squeak. I use an XO for most of my squeak development, and I
didn't want to dance with the font and screen settings.

Starting with the etoys-dev image, I got Monticello and
Installer via the LevelPlayingField script, which I adapted to
Etoys: http://installer.pbwiki.org/LevelPlayingField
