13.1.0 build 34 released for XO-4

Hi,

Another XO-4 only release - all changes only affect XO-4.

Idle suspend is temporarily disabled by default. It will be re-enabled soon.


Changes:

Fixed mouse cursor corruption in X (#12534)

Work around bug where CPU usage at idle is reported too high (#12538)

Fix hang when system needs to abort a suspend due to incoming wakeup
events (#12541).

Speakers distort less at max volume (#12588)

Q7B20 firmware fixes loss of mouse cursor in test menu (#12592)

GNOME battery icon no longer rendered twice (#12546)

We now only support mono audio recording via the external jack on XO-4 (#12584)
