Sure -- I didn'tthink there was divergence, but I agree. Any divergence is bad.

Ho-hum. Not convinced. Here's why:

 - Very clearly, the changes I am proposing do _not_ affect the build
of 10.1.3 -- they don't change the .ks file prep, or anything after. I
am happy to run test to verify

 - In contrast, a change in python_imgcreate -- which we don't track
-- can actually affect the build subtly and deeply.

 - I do want to recommend deployments use it... that's the whole point
:-) And I don't want to play double-speak between wiki and what we
recommend via email. I want to be able to write (in wiki and emails):
"Use the latest in 1.3.x series for custom builds. The official 10.1.3
has been built with 1.3.0 -- which is still available if you require
for maximum certainty." If we have any real doubt about 1.3.1 I
wouldn't roll it.
