[IAEP] !! in 10.1.3, setting "languages" property clears all activities

 I have tested the XO-1.5 build and it boots fine and you can change the
language to Kreyol (Haiti) in the control Panel or just add the .i18n file in
/home/olpc/
 
LANG="ht_HT.utf8"
LANGUAGE="ht_HT.utf8"
 
There are still a few strings missing - but as far as I can tell the situation
in the build matches with what has been contributed in the translation system.
