By the way, I hadn't read that page. The procedure is... actually not
good enough, we shouldn't be recommending it as-is.

 - if you ever enter Sugar, you have state in .sugar
 - various state files have been created -- ssh keys for example
 - various config files have been created -- l10n files for example
