Uptime is irrelevant unless it is so short that the query does not
run. It is based on probabilities. The calculation considers the time
of the last check, the time of the last successful check, and how many
checks it should be making per month. So if you shut down after a
check, and boot up 24 hours later, the probability calculation means
that the first run in that session is probable to result in a query.
