I added an index.html to the tree and still can't get the XO to do
anything with the file.
I even tried setting it up to download it from a website and it's not
doing anything other than putting the file in the journal
even if I were able to get this functioning, it's still not really good
for reading as you need to click on links every chapter to get to the next
chapter. in tablet mode you don't have the ability to do this.
