I'll start off my pledging $1000 of my own money to the costs of
getting the sugar team here.  I'm not rich, but I'm at least earning
more than a grad student's salary now, and I'd like to ensure that at
least two of them can book tickets tonight.  (I could use some help on
hosting them, though.)
