Do you care about your data on the nand?  If so then get a 2 gig USB 
disk or SD card and try to save off the image.

for USB:

save-nand u:\filename

for SD:

save-nand sd:\filename

Then you can try to reinstall via a secure-update or by copy-nand.  If 
that block continues to fail then we can try to mark it bad manually.
