Touchpad stylus mode

On the PT case, if we always want it to be raw values then it's a fairly
easy change in the xorg.conf, if you want to be able to switch back and
forth we just don't have a way yet, and I don't think we're going to get
a good one without the newer X server.

For the GS case things are a little harder, but not impossibly so, you
can switch it to absolute mode and then it's the same deal as the PT
case.

On the matter of the stylus up/down events, that's been batted around
repeatedly, so what is your preferred way for the driver to indicate
touch/lift?
