printing

Printing will be too expensive in many places; however, in others, it
will make perfect sense.

We have in the base system a cups client library which can talk to a
cups server. (We don't want to run a local cups server due to space).

I don't know anyone has worked on checking that out the cups library on
OLPC (I did play with it over a year ago, and it seemed to work, though
the gnome print dialog interacted badly with it in environments with
many printers; even if this bug still exists, it seems unlikely to be a
common problem where we deploy).
