bz2 vs rar

hello,
I was compressing
olpc-redhat-stream-development-build-239-20070118_1416-devel_ext   via
winrar archive manager. the official BZ2 archive yields 133 mb    (i
know, BZ2 is universal to *nix) but the rar compressed archive (which
has its port to *nix as well) yields 111 MB of archive data from the
image.

 22 Mb saved! if that means anything to you guys quite ;)
