Can I Drop support for ATest with infineon rams?

ATest with Infineon, but the numbers are not exactly the same as
those pictured on the wiki.
Infineon (same)
HYB25D256163CE-4.0 (same)
C2 (same)
FUU38161 (instead of WUU15009)
0536 (instead of 0604)
