Why pilgrim does not support indic language

First, Sugar and activities need to be translated.  Please see
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Activity_Translations

Second, since we work off dedicated hardware we can tell what language
the device is laid out for. Please look at /etc/init.d/olpc-configure to
see how we configure languages. 

Third, no one has put work in creating a language selection menu though
I think we do need some sort of place to make it easy to override the
default settings.  Patches welcomed.
