SDL port status?

Hi,

I was at 23C3 in Berlin last December where I met SJ.  I spoke to one
of the OLPC software developers who said he was working on an SDL
port.

I was wondering what the status of the SDL port is as it is a core
dependency for Pygame which I would like to port to the OLPC.
