 Some notes on this: Someone has to be assigned to work on the PRS, and
 audit all the registers included (and they aren't even all in there).
 There must be thought and care put into every register setting. I have
 attached my comments on the old PRS failures (from way back in *June*).
 These comments were sent to the AMD guy working on the LB port back then,
 and should have made their way to the LB people. There are 43 differences
 in the log I am attaching. That was the state of things back then. Most of
 my comments back then were: "figure out the register value to match the
 hardware on OLPC, and then put that into the PRS". Then it can be forced
 into LB.
