 Verified.  If you soft reset the board after using olpcflash you the EC
 does _not_ come out of reset.  You either have to press the reset button
 or power cycle the board.

 So the fix is:  I'll update the Upgrading instructions and also make
 olpcflash print out a reminder after you use it that you must power cycyle
 to restart the KBC.
