Please consider upgrading to Build 91, and to LinuxBIOS, if you have not done so already.

My Infineon DRAM still works fine with the CL2.0 setting. I already
noted that in http://dev.laptop.org/ticket/106#comment:2 . Maybe
the CL2.5 problem is not only dependent on Infineon DRAM.
