[Trac #244] Need /boot/olpc-boot.fth files in builds, in addition to current .sh

The people getting boards vary in expertise, and many are not native
speakers of English.

Unless/until the investment is quite high, I think we should avoid
generating trouble for people.

I have yet to hear that it is actually a serious burden...  Convince me
otherwise....
