[olpc-help] my failing xo

Gia-

The OLPC Helpdesk team is VERY interested in talking to you about that
keyboard.
We've been trying to find a sample having problems like that to diagnose.

Can you send an email message to help at laptop.org or forward this email
along to them?

It would be much appreciated.
