[olpc-help] ejabberd config

Hi,
I'm trying to setup a ejabberd.

I followed the instructions here:

The installation is on a debian4

The only thing I skipped was enabling ipv6, as my server doesnt  
support it.

Now I can connect with a desktop jabber client and create an account,
but with my XO I cannot connect...
I also tried to connect from a vmware image - nothing.

It seems that the sugar jabber client does not create an account.
I see a connect in the jabberd log, but thats all:
I(<0.2940.0>:ejabberd_listener:112) : (#Port<0.3499>) Accepted  
connection {{84,44,154,151},62714} -> {{87,230,20,208},5222}

.sugar/default/logs/presenceservice.log ist empty unfortunately.

Can somebody give me any pointers to debug further?
