Hi Marcel

You need to enable the debug logs using:
http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Telepathy_debugging - you can uncomment just
PRESENCESERVICE_DEBUG and SUGAR_LOGGER_LEVEL to get the
presenceservice.log.

Please try that and send me the log.
