Todd Kelsey (CC'd) has done some work on an php-based FAQ site. We are
hoping to run the two--forum/mailing list and FAQ--in tandem. The frequent
questions from the forum will be aggregated into the FAQ site, for users to
check before posting questions.

One issue which I'm aware of, to get things going:
