 After using the OSK (on-screen keyboard) and leaving it in some specific
 state (caps lock, symbol page), using it again later will continue with
 the last state used. This can be confusing for the user as they will
 expect a default initial state each time the OSK appears.

 Example:

 1) start Write in ebook mode
 2) press the ?123 symbol key on the OSK
 3) Stop write
 4) in home favourites view, tap the Search input field

 Result:
 The OSK will appear and will still be on the symbol page

 Expected result:
 The OSK should reset to a default initial state (abc keyboard mode)
