 Runin on os8 hit a null pointer derference in mmc_queue_thread on XO-1.75
 doing normal runin cycles (43 suspend cycles completed, 6 hrs 33 minutes
 remaining).

 Mic and Camera LEDs are on but the displayed camera image does not update.
 The serial console shell does not work but SysRq does.  No MMC or Wifi LED
 activity is present.

 This may be related to #12070.
