 With OFW >= q7b04md, HDMI can be partially tested by typing either

   ok 720p

 or

   ok 1080p

 after which you can do, for example

   ok test /display

 The EDID lines and the insertion detection line is not currently tested.
 Tests for those lines need to be written, and automatic HDMI testing needs
 to be integrated into  "test /display", with consultation from Quanta on
 the extent of testing at various manufacturing test stations.
