Comment:

 I've tested four laptops running q7b07, (1 unmodified B1, three C1) for 24
 hours now, with no instance of the problem.  I will continue to test for
 another day, but am relatively confident that this problem was due to the
 dynamic branch prediction problem which was fixed in OFW Q7B07.
