 After boot, using Terminal or virtual console, and attaching an US layout
 USB keyboard, the mapping is incorrect, but matches the system keyboard
 mapping.  e.g. shift-7 yields "/".

 The problem does not occur in Open Firmware.  shift-7 properly yields "&".
