 Yay! That was quick! OK, so if we set GTK2_KINETIC_SCROLLING from olpc-
 session/sugar-session  we can enable only on units that have a

 Is this low-risk? If so, we may consider including it in 12.1.0 --
 otherwise it cruises straight to 12.2.0 track. I hope we can make it low
 risk so it lands and gets feedback asap. If not, we'll want rpms on a test
 repo, for testing and feedback.
