 Those 2 patches apply on top of the gtk-2-24 branch of GTK+, one undecided
 point is about how to enable/disable kinetic scrolling, as GTK+2 can't
 find out the device type causing a pointer event. At the moment a
 GTK2_KINETIC_SCROLLING envvar is checked, if it is defined, kinetic
 scrolling will be enabled
