Comment:

 In F17 (12.1.0) Sugar now uses NM-0.9 and hence stores systemwide
 connections. In olpc-os-builder 1e12568 we now configure NM to store all
 info in /etc/NetworkManager/system-connections and we persist that
 directory over upgrades. Test in next build.
