 Pressing the power button once to suspend an XO-1.75 B1 SKU 199 or C1 does
 not go into full suspend mode on 1.75

 The suspend warning screen appears, and then the screen turns blank after
 several seconds, but we then seem to hang with the power LED still turned
 on.  From the serial port the XO seems usable, although the physical XO
 keyboard cannot seem to do anything helpful.

 It looks from the logs like we may even switch to the DCON to show the
 warning screen and then turn the DCON back to CPU mode.

 Seen with 11.3.1 os11.
