 Suspending an XO 1.75 B1 or C1 via closing the lid cannot be resumed on an
 XO-1.75 with 11.3.1 os11.

 The XO appears to go to sleep normally but one cannot use the power button
 to wake it up.  One has to hold the power button to the point the XO
 powers off and then power it on again to use it.
