Stopwatch-6 in 11.2.0 os14 does not use enough system resources to keep
the system from idling. XOs therefore can easily switch to idle sleep or
even fully suspend while one or more stopwatch(es) within the activity are
running. This can make it hard to precisely start or stop the timers. It
might also confuse someone who is timing a race, etc.

Perhaps we should disable power saving while the Stopwatch activity is
running and a timer is active? Could we make a user selectable choice to
do so, or would that be too confusing?

If we do leave things as-is with power saving on, the activity does
calculate all active timers based off of stored start times, so there is
 no extreme loss of time.
