 Posted a patch to Implode to Joe Lee.

 Posted a patch to Read to the sugar-devel@ mailing list.

 Verified Sugar hotkeys and OLPC keyboard shortcuts have not changed.
 Found nothing in HIG that standardises the accelerator.  The infection
 seems to have come from the changes to Terminal, where Shift is required
 so that Ctrl-Q can be sent to the pty.
