Comment:

 ignore my previous comment.  the touchscreen support in olpc-kbdshim
 consists only of watching the input stream to see that there's been some.
 unlike the keyboard and touchpad, kbdshim doesn't actually pass the data
 through -- X sees the device itself.

 the result is that X sees the grab key, and acts on it as it's configured
 to.

 given the developer-only status of touchscreens on 1.75, i'm not inclined
 to do anything about this.
