 hi,
 i bought 4 laptops when you all first brought them out. i think 2004.
 this was the pormotion where buy one and donate one.
 anyhow.. i gave them to my God children in the Philippines.
 one they say is not working any longer and mine, after a year or so
 without use, now the cursor is FROZEN when it starts up and i can't do
 anything! also, if this can be resolved, where and how do i go to upgrade
 the software, i'm pretty sure you have had several upgrades, yes??, i have
 never upgraded it since 2004.  thanks for your help,
