 In OLPC 11.3.0/os2 connecting an external mouse, inhibits idle sleep and
 suspend of the XO.[[BR]]
 Power button-, lid-suspend is OK.[[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 One culprit appears to be /etc/powerd/flags/usb-inhibits.[[BR]]
 Commenting out "hid" in this file though does not have the desired
 effect.[[BR]]
 The XO still fails to idle sleep/suspend with an external mouse connect it
 to it.[[BR]]
 [[BR]]
 Logs from both cases (+/- "hid") attached
