Comment(by pgf):

 revised both the patch and the conf file.

 this version of the patch works whether the mouse driver is built with
 synaptics support or not.  if support is enabled, current olpc behavior
 can be forced with "proto=bare".

 taptoclick2.patch is the new patch, olpc-psmouse.conf is the new conf
 file.
