 Okay, running "./sfrate 10" before launching Record gets us a full
 recording.  I can't find any way to avoid having to do that -- gstreamer's
 framerate control evidently isn't using that ioctl.

 Jon C, how often do we need to run ./sfrate 10?  Once per boot, or more
 often?
