Comment:

 Can't see any errors there.

 Per further IRC debugging, after wpa goes into COMPLETED state, iwconfig
 says  "Encryption key:off". It does indeed look like WEP keys are not
 being installed even though no failure is being returned to
 wpa_supplicant.

 Javier, can you see any obvious problems here? I suspect one of the
 following as the cause of this regression:
