Comment:

 I have looked at the logs. Association completes but DHCP fails. Another
 report on the mailing list suggests that there may be a problem with WEP
 key installation.

 Next step is to stop NM, create a wpa_supplicant config file for the
 network, and launch wpa_supplicant while logging in debug mode. I expect
 it to fail, but the wpa_supplicant logs will hopefully tell us more.
