 Retried with latest (mid-January, including sugar-presence-service 0.83.3)
 sucrose packages (build manually upgraded from 2629).  Neighborhood View
 started with one, then showed two icons labeled 'olpc-mesh'.  When clicked
 on, they pulse for a while - then go back to their static state.  Still
 unable to bring up mesh.
