#9896: Ad-hoc network fails when XO goes into sleep

An ad-hoc network created (via "Create new network") survives across
suspend/resume but fails when the laptop creating the network goes into
sleep. When reawakened, the Neighborhood View shows the network icon
present but unconnected, but the frame network icon shows the network as
connected and active. Attempts to connect to the network using the icon's
pop-up menu in the Neighborhood View fail.

dsd suggests that the issue may be caused by the ad-hoc network's beacon
master going to sleep, rather than the creating system going to sleep (not
 necessarily the same machine).
