#9867: update secure-boot kernel parameters for XO-1.5

 Q3A20. When booting an XO-1.5 B3 in secure mode, the kernel is booted with
 these parameters:

 {{{
 console=ttyS0,115200 console=tty0 fbcon=font:SUN12x22
 }}}

 For XO-1.5 we need:

 {{{
 console=ttyS0,115200 console=tty0 fbcon=font:SUN12x22
 video=viafb:viafb_mode=1200x900,viafb_bpp=24,viafb_active_dev=LCD,viafb_lcd_panel_id=23
 no_console_suspend reboot=acpi selinux=0
 }}}

 Or maybe we should consider applying hacks to the kernel so that the
 video= no_console_suspend and reboot= lines are not needed.

 selinux=0 can be avoided through an initramfs fix.

 What do you think?
