 Replying to [comment:33 frances]:
 again. When I selected cancel, and after opening and playing a few
 activities again, upon reboot the options were no longer available. Had to
 go into control panel and select software update manually. [Upon reboot
 the XO automatically connected to school server (!)]

 That's the expected behavior, yes.
