 There are some preliminary designs for a better chooser here:
 http://wiki.laptop.org/go/Designs/Object_Chooser (part of this new design
 has been implemented).  Many other small improvements can be made to this
 (and the Journal) to make finding files far easier.  I agree that 9.1 is a
 good target for the next step.
