Comment:

 Agreed.  Any representation of that activity should blink, actually.  This
 spans all zoom levels.

 This could mean, of course, that there is a blinking icon in the
 neighborhood, in groups, in home, and in the Frame.  But I suppose it's
 clearer to make them all blink anyway, despite the redundancy, since they
 are representations of the same thing.  It shouldn't be a CPU drain, since
 at a maximum, only two (one in the Frame, and one in the view) can be seen
 at any given time, and on top of that, the fullscreen launcher behavior
 prevents this from being noticed unless the user manually switches back to
 another zoom level anyway.
