Comment:

 New patches, these should work relatively good. The icon cache build
 scripts are included. Without the icon cache, it will rerender the icons
 every time (read: really slow).

 There are a couple of rough edges:
  * The scripts should get the DPI and then calculate the sizes to cache
  * The script should not hardcode that the XO icon needs different sizes
 like it does right now
  * well, probably more :-)
