 I think, manually. It may happen automatically, if the laptop was
 previously connected to that same AP, and a content of the network.cfg
 file hasn't changed (it can be wiped out by touching a button in the
 "network" section of the control panel).

 Two circles (AP and mesh network related, respectively) appear at the same
 time in some laptops; this doesn' happen in others. Definitely a bug, but
 hasn't been fixed yet.
